Weekly reminiscence activities

Join us for our free reminiscence sessions every Tuesday and Thursday!

Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming space where we explore our photographic archive, get creative with crafts, sing along to familiar tunes, and even try a bit of gentle exercise. These sessions are all about sharing stories, learning from one another, and making connections, fuelled, by tea, coffee, and top-notch biscuits!
Everyone is welcome, no matter your age, background, or ability.

If you’re part of an organisation and plan to bring a group of more than five people, please get in touch in advance. We also offer private reminiscence sessions for groups of up to 12.

Tuesday: Reminiscence slideshow with John

No need to book, just drop in for a slideshow, a chat, and a chance to share your stories about childhood, work, hobbies, and life beyond.
And of course, there’s always tea, coffee, and biscuits to keep the conversation flowing!

Thursday morning activity & reminiscence group

Each week, we get creative with crafts and upcycling: turning jam jars into Christmas lights, decorating teapots, making gift boxes and more. We also enjoy singing, gentle exercise, and exploring different languages and traditions, all while sharing stories and having a good blether.
Sometimes, we’re joined by guest artists and musicians, adding even more variety to our sessions. And, of course, there’s always plenty of tea, coffee, and excellent biscuits!
